PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) ®

Course

PMI Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP Exam Preparation Course at Embry-Riddle Worldwide

The goal of this course is to provide learners with fundamental knowledge and awareness of the concepts, tools, and techniques of agile program management – with the endeavor of applying this knowledge to future project management situations. It will also provide knowledge, which coupled with experience and self-study, will prepare learners to prepare for and pass the PMI-ACP ® examination.   This course is not a "bootcamp" and while it will assist with exam preparation, it also can be taken by an individual new to an agile planning position to give them better insight into the topic.

Have you ever tried to plan and schedule an invention? Even the most brilliant project managers and teams would be challenged to do this with any level of confidence that the original plan would remain relevant beyond even a couple of months because things change. New information will become available and discoveries will be made, requiring numerous changes to the baseline as reality unfolds. Because of this, there are many project scenarios that could benefit from an agile approach where change is presumed to be the norm and teams learn to adapt to rapidly changing situations.  The course will help provide information for better preparing you for your next agile project.

Note: Completion of this course will fulfill the PMI ® requirement for 21 hours of training for students applying to PMI-ACP ® certification.
