The Wire and Obstacle Environment Awareness Course is an awareness program designed for pilots, aircrew and ground support personnel on understanding the low-level flying environment and its dangers. This course not only covers relevant details on wires danger in the low level environment but also looks at obstacle awareness within this environment including high air traffic areas such as those found during wild land / bush fire or media operations.
