  • All course material and exams are self-contained within each course. Exams are completed at your own pace in the online course and do not have to be scheduled separately.
  • To successfully pass the course, the student must achieve a grade of 70% or higher.
  • There is no instructor assigned to this course – most submitted assignments are reflective and do not result in instructor feedback. Grades are largely comprised of quiz or exam score.
  • Courses may be used towards completion of the Aviation Management Certificate, however, the cost of the certificate is $1,800 regardless of courses completed individually.

The course provides students with an opportunity to develop their understanding of strategic planning. Students will review several definitions and models of strategy and strategic planning. Students will explore how traditional models may be inadequate for complex contexts, thus leading to the need for adaptive planning.
