Overview

Staffing and Team Building is designed to prepare employees to coordinate a team of qualified individuals by identifying internal and external talent to acquire the highest level of expertise and achieve department goals. Course participants are able to fill key positions by identifying potential candidates and providing the necessary training and growth opportunities to ensure orderly transitions and minimize operational disruptions. Topics include the job market, training gaps, skills gaps, project management, knowledge management, team-building skills and forecasting human resource requirements.  This course is part of our Corporate Aviation Management Certificate (CAMC) program.
