Facilities Management for the Fixed Base Operation (FBO) is designed for FBO managers or prospective management employees. Course participants learn how to determine facility requirements, evaluate leasing vs. building/purchasing decisions, risk management and insurance, budgeting, forecasting and inventory control. Students examine how to make decisions on issues related to fuel storage, safety and handling in terms of the environmental requirements of OSHA and the EPA.
