The United States Constitution, its development and importance in all aspects of judicial decisions, are examined in this course. The Bill of Rights and the Amendments to the Constitution are summarized and incorporated into constitutional cases of particular importance in the development of major legislation. Crucial topics like equal protection, due process and the First and Fourteenth Amendments are also covered in depth.
