An introduction to advanced leadership for flight crews is the focus of this course, covering the basic concepts of motivational leadership, communication skills and conflict resolution. Particular emphasis is placed on techniques and strategies for successful workload management, conflict management, good CRM practices, and the roles and responsibilities of the Senior First Officer position.

Also included in this course is a scenario that applies all of the leadership and communication skills in a simulated in-flight emergency.
